About RIvo

Rivo is a noble hero with a big heart. He's based off the heroes I grew up adoring. Heroes like Luke Skywalker, Link (Zelda), Atreyu (Neverending Story), Wesley (Princess Bride), and many, many more.I wanted to make a hero different than what we see in a lot of contemporary fiction. One who isn't gritty and morally grey, but earnest and uncorrupted by the world. A hero who wants to be there, who's virtuous and just. One who wants to help and save others no matter the cost. I feel his story is more of a tribute to the heroes of old who wanted to do the right thing, because saving the world is what heroes do.Rivo's story is a clean YA fantasy. No politics or shoe-horned agendas, but rather a story to escape the issues of our day into a world where the line dividing good and evil is clearly drawn. This is a story about a kingdom in danger. A coming of age tale with battles, and adventure. About a noble young man Named Rivo and his place in this world. It's not just action, it's about family, friendship and love. Not steamy, spicy love, but the innocent and pure love we used to hear stories about.
